Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service advisor, representing world-class brands including De’Longhi, Kenwood & Braun Household. Deliver exceptional service in pre-sales and post-sales scenarios, ensuring a 360° support experience for customers. Your commitment to prompt, empathetic, and solution-focused interactions will drive customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and enhance brand reputation.


Your responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a brand ambassador, handling incoming and follow-up customer enquiries via phone, web form, or web chat.
  2. Follow established procedures to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
  3. Process warranty claims and coordinate repair services for customers.
  4. Provide technical troubleshooting support and guidance.
  5. Resolve complaints, process orders, arrange refunds, and provide product information to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Assist customers with all aspects of the purchasing process, including addressing questions, resolving incidents, and managing queries.
  7. Strive to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient and effective resolution of requests.


Our requirements:

  1. C1/C2-level proficiency in German language, both written & verbal
  2. B2 English language skills
  3. Proven experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within consumer products
  4. Competence in Microsoft Office
  5. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to support colleagues


Optional:

  1. High school graduate or similar
  2. Previous experience in customer service with or in a Contact Centre
  3. Interested in new technologies such as AI
