Quality Analyst with Polish

In this role, you will review customer interactions across different channels such as calls, emails, and chat, ensuring they meet quality standards and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your feedback and insights will directly contribute to better customer satisfaction and stronger business results.
🛠️ Key responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions: Review calls, emails, and chats for quality, accuracy, and compliance
Share feedback and insights: Report evaluation results and identify improvement opportunities
Support scoring consistency: Take part in calibration sessions with Quality, Operations, and clients
Maintain program knowledge: Stay up to date with processes, products, and quality guidelines
Drive continuous improvement: Support quality initiatives, operational improvements, and training needs
👤 What we’re looking for
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role, ideally in BPO or call center environment
Languages: Polish - C1/C2 and English - B2/C1
Skills: Strong attention to detail, Good communication skills, Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, Microsoft Office proficiency
Location: Availability to work from our Katowice office
