Responsibilities
Supervise a Team: Oversee daily activities and attendance of call center associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coach and Develop: Regularly coach team members to meet performance goals and metrics, addressing any issues promptly with action plans and corrective measures.
Meet Targets: Ensure customer service meets KPIs, sales goals, and financial expectations.
Communicate Clearly: Set clear expectations, provide timely updates, and handle escalated customer calls when necessary.
Foster Team Spirit: Lead team meetings for open communication and organize team activities.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with company processes and complete necessary training.
Embody Values: Advocate for team members and promote Concentrix values through actions and attitude.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience: Associate's degree and +6 months in a similar role; sales or call center experience preferred.
Language Skills: Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2).
Leadership & Development: Motivated to coach and develop team members; strong under pressure.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
Team Management: Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
Technical Savvy: Technical knowledge is a plus.
Availability: Willingness to work daily in Katowice, following the German calendar.
