Mobility Consultant with Portuguese

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for providing great customer engagement on both the conversation and the excellent service, in all encounters that customers have with the Customer Engagement Center.

For this role it is essential that you speak both Portuguese and English.

What is important in your job:

• Provide remarkable customer engagement experiences.
• In the conversations with customers and/or prospects you will promote our client and the services that provides.
• You will identify purchase options to support vehicle and related services sales.
• Support customers to purchase a vehicle or related services on the e-commerce platform.
• Having a year of sales experience is nice to have.
• And, of course we have set KPI’s so that we can show our excellent service as a team.

Work- and training hours:

• Our Customer Engagement Center is open from Monday till Sunday from 9.00 AM to 9.00PM.
• You’ll work flexible shifts.
• The training will be approximately 3 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM.
