Trainer Customer Service

As Trainer you will be delivering new hire training and ongoing training to our associates. The Customer Engagement Centre will build from Community Management focusing on online presales activity, Customer Engagement, Mobility Consultancy and finally Aftersales. This multilingual center will provide support in several European languages and extend to support further languages through innovative translation tools.

This role will report to the Senior Manager for Delivery, and you will be the dedicated trainer supporting the growth of this operation.

Key areas of responsibility

• Deliver face to face and / or virtual classroom training, creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that all associates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching and feedback to achieve the learning objectives.
• Creates training programs and materials to equip all associates with the knowledge and skills needed to meet the business requirements.
• Provided new hire/onboarding training as well as ongoing training and coaching to associates.
• Identifies and communicates errors, gaps or inaccuracies in the training materials and provides innovative solutions.
• Analyses complex technical problems and delivers solutions where precedent may not exist.
• Assembles and distributes course materials and teaching aids.
• Point of contact for all inquiries regarding training schedules
• Operates audio visual equipment during training programs
• Maintains administrative records related to training and communicates this information to the operations leaders and corporate functions as required.
• Support the Senior Manager, Delivery with operational tasks and projects as required.
• Supervising and mentoring associates to support them in reaching the project’s targets
• All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experienced trainer in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Experienced delivering new hire training, upskill training and coaching.
• A natural leader who can inspire and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Able to use clear communication skills to influence others.
• Experience delivering training in a multilingual operation.
• Affinity with or an interest in the automotive sector is highly desirable.
• Understands how to recognize and improve efficiency within Training and across the operation.
• Team player: collaborative and supportive and engaging with excellent Listening, questioning and delivery skills.
• Target oriented with good business acumen.
• Creative and analytic.
• Fluent English skills on C1 level.
