Job brief:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial team. This role is critical to scaling our outreach efforts and supporting the execution of high-impact commercial campaigns. You will be responsible for engaging with a broad portfolio of prospective customers, qualifying leads, and collaborating closely with field sales, marketing, and operations to drive pipeline growth and campaign success.In addition to lead qualification and campaign support, this role will also take ownership of first meetings with prospects and be expected to deliver compelling product demos that align with campaign messaging and customer needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead Engagement & Qualification: Conduct outbound outreach to prospects identified through Sales Segment outlines, ABM campaigns, LinkedIn initiatives, and stakeholder mapping tools. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the field sales team
First Meetings & Product Demos: Take ownership of initial prospect meetings and deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase value and align with campaign goals
Campaign Execution Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to tailor outreach messaging, talking points, and follow-up sequences aligned with each campaign’s GTM strategy
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in Salesforce. Ensure campaign tracking and lead scoring are consistently updated
Sales Enablement: Provide feedback on campaign performance, customer objections, and messaging effectiveness to continuously refine sales materials and outreach strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on product readiness, messaging, and customer onboarding processes
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach volume, lead conversion, and campaign contribution to pipeline. +70% of time should be spend on direct to customer activities or customer discussions
Building Sales Pipeline: create active pipeline enabling growth targets by developing a portfolio of prospects
Finding and building rapport with the right customers to achieve the company targets
Target new customer for business expansion
Identifying sales opportunities for development in new customers
Required qualifications:
2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales support—preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple regions and industries.
Experience conducting product demos and managing early-stage sales conversations.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Familiarity with ABM strategies, LinkedIn campaigns, and digital outreach tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Master’s degree is an advantage
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for commercial growth
Perfect command of English
