NPI Sourcing Coordinator/ Project Buyer

Since 1995, first variable-speed Concycle® generators and power conversion technology is being used in marine applications, Uninterruptible Power Supply as well as in upcoming wind and solar/PV applications.  

As of today, we are looking to a legacy of more than 24,500 converter systems in on- and offshore applications, shipped to 47 different countries worldwide, representing more than 45GW of installed power.

With our branches in Kempen, Krakow and Sofia as well as other global service hubs, we support our customers worldwide. 

In Brzegi we are looking for a

NPI Sourcing Coordinator/ Project Buyer

Your tasks:

• Working as a member of a Project Team

• Creating and participating in product quotations- ( CTC creation)

• Leading component sourcing and validation process

• Leading process of material ordering for prototype and project phases

• Managing in cooperation with Category Management BOM cost & serial nomination – RFQ, design review & awarding process

• Participating in project meetings and activities

• Managing Engineering design changes for the material before design freeze 

• Defining and controlling communication flow and content between a project team and suppliers

Your Profil:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Buyer in direct scope 

• Experience in a manufacturing company

• Knowledge of APQP process

• Technical background ( education or experience)

• Good communication skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously

• Fluent English spoken and written
