As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in fueling our growth by:


  • Identifying and qualifying B2B leads: merchants, digital agencies, tech partners
  • Reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and discovery calls to initiate relationships
  • Scheduling high-quality meetings with decision-makers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Collaborating closely with senior sales colleagues and reporting on your pipeline and activity


What We’re Looking For


  • 2–3 years of experience in SDR, sales, or business development (preferably in B2B/IT/e-commerce)
  • Excellent English (C1 or higher) – you’re confident and natural in client conversations
  • Proficiency with outbound tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot or similar CRM systems)
  • Self-driven, highly motivated personality with a growth mindset
  • Ability to organize your work and hit goals without constant oversight
