Project Manager
B2B contract: PLN 9,000 – 12,000 net
Work location: Warsaw / hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Your responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with international clients and partners
- Implementing best practices and processes to optimize team performance and project results
- Independently supervising IT projects at national and international levels
- Supporting the technical team in formulating inquiries and offers for clients, facilitating smooth interactions and communication
- Regularly providing reports to board members on project progress, challenges, and achievements
- Acting as the key point of contact for team members and clients, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Planning sales and overseeing CQURE’s international cybersecurity consulting projects
- Coordinating the work of subcontractors and team members involved in projects
- Participating in the implementation of new company products and services while closely collaborating with other CQURE teams
We are looking for candidates with:

At least 4 years of experience in IT project management, supported by experience or recommendations (mandatory requirement)
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required)
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time
- Ease in establishing contacts, the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and within the organization
- Experience working on projects with diverse client needs and the ability to switch between topics easily
