Marketing Executive

This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Facebook/Instagram, Google DV360, and who will explore opportunities in other channels such as TikTok & Reddit as well as emerging platforms.

You thrive in building, maintaining and optimising digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance and results-oriented problem solving.

You have an innate passion for advertising, with robust experience of direct response strategies. Marketing technology is at the heart of our infrastructure, you’ll understand the mechanics of programmatic and social platforms, with hands-on ad operations experience. You’re well versed in digital campaign planning, KPI setting, performance optimisation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Facebook / Instagram Ads campaigns

• Resize and adapt creative assets for different placements and platforms (Feed, Stories, Reels, etc.)

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights

• Launch and track A/B tests to improve performance

• Conduct Google Analytics analysis to evaluate traffic, behavior, and conversions

• Analyze performance data and build clear charts and visual reports based on findings

• Help create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

• Recommend new strategies based on testing, trends, and data analysis

• Support testing and expansion into emerging channels such as Pinterest

• Collaborate with product development, creative, and data teams to ensure goal alignment and maintain brand identity

• Help set up and improve internal marketing processes

Day to Day Management

• Weekly client calls

• Weekly campaign performance commentary, using the client Dashboard / Report

• Weekly internal strategy calls with ops team

• Monthly strategy reviews

• Monthly media plan builds

• Monthly creative matrix reviews

• Quarterly campaign wrap ups

• Daily check in on performance, ensuring the following:

• Daily spend matches expected budget

• Active creatives are performing well

• Active targeting segments are performing well

• Noting down recommendations to bring up on weekly calls

• Adding main campaign changes to the notes section on the Dashboard

Our working hours are 9-5pm GMT, with daily morning syncs at 9:30 GMT. We are advocates of a fun working environment which our team culture supports whole heartedly!

Key Skills:

• Fluent in English

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience

• A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning

• Excel experience (pivot tables, graphs etc.)

• Experience with creative resizing/adapting

• 2+ years experience with Facebook Ads

• Experience with TikTok, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP and DV360 would be desirable

• Demonstrable success in improving account performance in direct response Meta advertising.

• Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization

• An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking

• A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards

• A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social advertising

• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
