Our client is a big corporation located close to Piaseczno.
Responsibilities:
- Working in Symfonia and payroll system, entering and updating data,
- Maintaining payroll documentation for 150 workers,
- Payroll services: settlement of salaries, employee benefits, ZUS, PIT, GUS contributions, etc.
- Substantive support in the field of HR and payroll knowledge for serviced employees,
- Closely cooperation with HR Specialist
- Preparing reports based on employee matters,
- Ongoing contact with employees regarding payroll services,
- Administrative support of the HR and payroll department in daily activities.
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll in a big company
- Willingness to learn new skills,
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2/C1),
- Detail-oriented approach, great organizational skills, meeting deadlines,
- Practical knowledge of labor law,
- Experience with the Symfonia program will be an asset.
