Job Summary:

The PMO Analyst supports an effective Portfolio Management Office, including development and implementation of a robust governance framework for the commissioning, implementation, and review of key investment programmes in line with Group standards.

Responsible for ensuring Programme and Project Managers are supported in the successful delivery of projects and activities in the scope of programmes in the HR Portfolio, through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. This includes development of governance related documentation and receive appropriate challenge in relation to quality of submissions.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining processes and procedures to identify and maintain improvements to the quality of data in the project management system, and to support all project managers in following a consistent process and standard for data entry.

Responsible for ongoing development of tools and templates to support effective project management standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in banking/finantial sector,

• Project Management or 4+ years in Project Support/ Coordination prefer experience within a large international, dynamic organisation,

• Experience in working on Agile and waterfall projects,

• Understand Project Lifecycles and Scope Management,

• Able to interpret and analyse Project outputs (Schedules, Financials & Benefits),

• Ability to define and manage a strategic PMO as well as document top quality project management processes and procedures,

• Analytical and Problem Solving,

• Excellent Written & Spoken English,

• Skills in use of planning tools e.g. Clarity/ PlanView, Jira/ ADO, Confluence,

• Stakeholder Management – possess the ability to work with and direct Stakeholders across a range of functions and seniority levels.

Nice to have:

• Project Management accreditation – PMP/ITIL/PRINCE2/ Agile

• • MS Project skills – an advantage.
