Business Development Manager – Data & AI Consulting (International Markets)
Location: Hybrid (Warsaw office, minimum 1 day/week)
Contract type: B2B
Rate: 150–180 PLN/h net
We are supporting our client – a rapidly growing technology consulting company – in the search for a Business Development Manager to drive international growth. The company specializes in delivering advanced Data & AI consulting services to enterprise clients in Poland and abroad. This role is focused on new client acquisition, particularly in the DACH region, with flexibility to expand into other markets based on the candidate’s experience and ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new B2B clients for Data & AI consulting services, focusing on international markets (with an initial emphasis on the DACH region).
Build and manage a long-term sales pipeline supported by early tangible outcomes (e.g. initial wins, pilot projects).
Lead the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation and qualification through to proposal development and closing.
Collaborate with technical teams during pre-sales to tailor offerings to client needs.
Represent the company at industry events, actively promoting its services and capabilities.
Work closely with internal marketing and lead generation teams to maximize inbound and outbound efforts.
Partner with the executive team to shape international sales strategy and growth priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in business development or sales roles within IT consulting or tech-enabled services.
Proven ability to win new clients in B2B environments – ideally on international markets.
Proactive approach and comfort with initiating client conversations (calls, meetings, industry events).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, client-focused mindset.
Familiarity with Data & AI, cloud technologies, and the value they bring to enterprise clients.
Fluency in English (minimum C1); additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and independence in day-to-day work.
Nice to Have:
Experience selling cloud-related services (Azure, AWS, Oracle).
Understanding of the DACH market and business culture.
