Cropink (cropink.com) is a SaaS platform that automatically generates high-converting product ad creatives directly from e-commerce product feeds — no designers, no bottlenecks, no manual work. We sit at the intersection of creative automation, performance advertising, and AI — a space that's growing fast and still has very few serious players.
We work with recognised e-commerce brands and performance marketing agencies across Europe and beyond — clients who run thousands of product ads simultaneously and need creatives that actually convert, not just look good. Our tool plugs directly into their existing ad infrastructure (Meta, Google, feed management systems) and becomes a core part of how they operate.
The problem we solve is real: performance teams are drowning in creative requests, design resources are always the bottleneck, and scaling ad creatives manually simply doesn't work at volume. Cropink removes that bottleneck entirely — and clients feel it from day one.
Under the hood, we're a technically strong team that ships fast. We don't wait months to release features — when the market moves (and in AdTech, it moves constantly), we adapt quickly. Meta changes its formats, we update. A client needs a new integration, we build it. That speed is a genuine competitive advantage and something our clients notice and value.

What You'll Be Doing
You own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract. No SDR handing you warm leads, no enterprise approval chains above you. You build the pipeline, you close the deals.
Handle inbound leads — qualify, respond quickly, and guide marketing-generated leads through discovery, demo, and close
Outbound prospecting — identify and reach e-commerce brands (mid-market), performance agencies, and media houses via LinkedIn, cold email, and targeted outreach
Run discovery & demo calls — understand client's current creative workflow and position Cropink as the scalable solution
Manage sales cycles end-to-end — typical deal size: €200–€3,000 MRR, sales cycle 15–60 days
Apply consultative selling — clients buy when they understand the ROI, not when they're pushed
Follow up consistently — most deals don't close on the first call; disciplined follow-up is part of the job
Maintain CRM discipline — pipeline hygiene, forecasting, activity tracking
Must have:
✅ Fluent English (B2+) — most client communication is in English
✅ 3+ years B2B SaaS sales — full cycle, not just SDR
✅ Proven outbound AND inbound sales skills — you can cold prospect from scratch AND convert a warm lead efficiently; you treat every inbound with the same urgency as your best outbound close
✅ Strong presentation & demo skills — you can walk a CMO or Media Buyer through a live product demo and make it feel like a conversation, not a pitch deck
✅ Experience selling to e-commerce brands or digital/performance agencies
✅ Self-managed — you build your own pipeline without being chased
Nice to have:
Background in AdTech, MarTech, or creative automation tools
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or feed-based advertising (you understand the client's pain before they explain it)
Additional EU language (DE, FR, NL, ES)
