Hi! I’m Ula Kamburov-Niepewna, and I lead the marketing team at CustomerHero (formerly Webankieta).
We’re currently looking for a hands-on, experienced content & campaign marketer who’s ready to take full ownership of content and campaign execution, without managing people or teams. This is not a leadership or strategy role, but a specialist position where you’ll work independently and have a real impact.
You’ll report directly to me as Marketing Manager and work closely with our CRO, who bridges marketing and sales to drive revenue.

What you’ll be responsible for
Creating diverse content formats: mostly written (articles, Case Studies, interviews, landing pages, emails, and campaign materials), but also small video and social media formats (in Polish and English)
Analyzing content performance, identifying insights, and turning them into recommendations that support our marketing and revenue goals
Managing social media channels (primarily LinkedIn) based on a publishing calendar, including simple visuals and video clips
Promoting CustomerHero’s reports, benchmarks, and industry insights across multiple channels
Producing LLM-optimized content (e.g., for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns (both paid and organic)
Writing ad copy for paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Capterra)
Translating and localizing content (Polish ↔ English)
Collaborating with partners, media, and external platforms to maintain consistent brand communication
Supporting brand awareness in Poland and building our presence in global markets (USA)
Who we’re looking for
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing
Previous work experience in a tech/IT environment
Proficient in content creation across various formats (including video and visuals)
Comfortable working with LLMs and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)
Strong planning skills: You know how to structure a content calendar while aligning with the buyer journey and sales funnel
Analytical mindset: you track what works, what doesn’t, and why, and turn insights into actionable improvements
Excellent English and Polish skills (spoken and written)
Highly independent: You take ownership of your goals from ideation to execution, through to measurement and reporting
Able to evaluate content effectiveness and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support lead generation, brand awareness, and sales
Skilled at turning technical language into clear, benefit-driven messaging from the customer’s point of view
Nice to have
Ability to create simple visuals (e.g., in Canva, VEED)
Experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Background in working with sales teams
Understanding of marketing and sales funnels (MQL, SQL) and SLG collaboration models
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., User.com, Intercom) and how automation fits into the buyer journey
Technologically curious: You stay on top of marketing trends and know how to translate AI innovation into practical execution
What we offer
Salary: 8,000 – 11,000 PLN net/month on B2B contract (optional full-time employment)
