At CUX, we don’t just sell, we challenge the way businesses think about user behavior. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our footprint in Poland and Western Europe, helping companies turn behavioral data into real business impact.

- Manage the outbound sales process (primarily in Polish, but also for the Western European market), including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze warm leads from marketing and strategically engage with them as part of your outreach efforts.
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and proposals aligned with client needs and company standards.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring post-sales engagement during pilot projects.
- Maintain accurate sales data in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Become an expert on CUX, passionate about behavioral analytics and a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to improve sales practices and advocate for customer needs.
- Have 2+ years of experience in an Account Executive or closing sales role, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
- Are skilled in outbound lead outreach, whether manually or using automation tools.
- Are goal-oriented, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
- Can build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Polish.
- Are highly communicative, with strong self-presentation abilities.
- Have strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Have experience working with a CRM (preferably HubSpot).
- You will also enjoy attending industry events from time to time.
