Position Overview In 2026, an SDR is not an email automaton – AI does that perfectly well. We are not looking for someone to blindly send 1,000 automated emails a day. We are looking for an "Analytical Detective" who can "debug" a prospect's business before even hitting send. Your goal is to find 10 companies where CUX will save their conversion rates and prove it to them in the very first message.
What You'll Do
Debug the Customer Journey: You visit the prospect's website/app, spot the friction points, and use that specific insight as the "hook" for your outreach.
Smart Prospecting: You generate qualified meetings with C-level executives. You don't chase vanity metrics; you chase high-quality pipeline.
Human-in-the-Loop AI: You use tools like Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT for research, but you provide the human context and empathy that no bot can fake.
Targeting: Focus on quality of insight over quantity of leads. You transform "I don't know why they aren't buying" into "CUX showed us exactly where the money is leaking."
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of experience in Lead Gen / Business Development.
Are a "Detective" by nature – you love finding the "why" behind the numbers.
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and don't wait for a manual to act.
Communicate clearly and confidently in both spoken and written Polish & English.
