CV Blinder is an early-stage SaaS solving a very concrete, very real problem for recruitment agencies, software houses, and outsourcing companies.
We enable medium-sized agencies to save up to 1,200 hours per year by standardizing and accelerating profile and blind CV creation.
The product is live, paying customers are using it, and they are happy. Now we’re ready to scale sales - the right way.
We are not strictly hiring for a predefined “job title”.
We’re looking for a strong person who wants to take real ownership of client acquisition.
In an early-stage SaaS, sales, marketing, positioning, and product feedback naturally overlap - and we’re open to shaping the role around the right person.
What you’ll actually do
create processes and own outbound sales end-to-end
prospect and reach out to ICP companies
run discovery calls & demos
configure the application to clients’ needs
close deals and generate New ARR
collaborate directly with the founder (fast feedback loop)

This is early-stage. You build the pipeline.
Must have:
English level C1
comfort with cold outreach (email / LinkedIn / phone)
ability to self-organize
ownership and tech-savvy mindset
Nice to have (but not required):
SaaS experience
selling to HR / recruitment / software houses
early-stage startup background

💰 Compensation (transparent & fair)
low base (4K PLN) + high commission (20%)
commission based on New ARR
outbound: 20%, inbound: 5%
commission is earned at deal close and paid out over time (commission wallet)

This role is not for everyone - and that’s intentional. If you’re good at outbound, believe in yourself, and want real upside instead of corporate safety, you’ll feel at home here. If not — that’s totally fine, but this won’t be a good match.
