Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cyberly


At Cyberly.ai, we help companies reduce human cyber risk through personalized, AI-driven training and simulations. Our platform is trusted by thousands of employees across industries to become the strongest link in cybersecurity. Now, we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team.


What you'll do:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to optimize outreach
  • Help refine messaging and sales automation tools
  • Track and improve conversion rates from lead to demo


What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ year of experience in SDR, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Curiosity, persistence, and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM, and automation tools is a plus
  • Interest in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS is a bonus
