AP Accountant

Location: Kraków

Project information:

• Location: Kraków; hybrid work model (2x3)
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Remuneration: 6500 - 8000 PLN gross
• Level: Mid

Responsibilities:

• Processing PO and no-PO invoices
• T&E reconciliation
• Preparing and posting payments
• Answering queries from vendors
• Reconcilling of balance sheets accounts
• Performing control activites
• Participating in audtis
• Supporting month-end closings activites

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable area (in SSC environment)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
