Business Development Advisor

Location: Warszawa

Our customer is the leading provider of legal solutions. As a Business Development (BD) Advisor, you will work closely with global BD teams to support strategic initiatives that drive client engagement, enhance market positioning, and align with the broader firm and business development goals. Your contributions will help elevate the firm's profile and support growth efforts across practices, sectors, and regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the global BD function to shape, execute, and monitor BD strategies that reflect the firm's priorities and objectives
  • Assist in producing compelling client-facing materials, partnering with dedicated pitch teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client needs, firm brand and best practices
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the BD team, ensuring smooth delivery of initiatives and events
  • Help gather and assess feedback post-pitches or campaigns to support continuous improvement and optimize outcomes
  • Contribute to ad hoc business development initiatives, offering insights and support across a variety of projects
  • Drive the use and adoption of key BD tools (e.g., Salesforce), contributing to process improvement and efficiency in data management and reporting
  • Partner with the Marketing team to increase the practice's visibility internally and externally, including support on digital content and thought leadership promotion
  • Maintain up-to-date records on BD activity trackers and ensure internal systems reflect accurate and accessible information
  • Assist in managing and updating key web content (e.g., practice descriptions, lawyer bios, deal credentials) for both external and internal platforms
  • Build effective relationships across BD and business services teams to support a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture
  • Support data analysis and reporting on trends to identify opportunities for enhancement within the BD function


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a business development or marketing role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
  • Confident and professional communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • A team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to support broader team initiatives
