Our customer is the leader in providing modern business solutions. We're looking for candidates who are fluent in German and would like to take first steps in Customer Service area! You will be responsible for managing requests for German-speaking clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Project information:

• Type of project: Customer Service
• Location: Kraków; hybrid work model
• Working hours: Monday-Sunday (5 days per week, working hours between 8:00-24:00)
• Languages: German 
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Salary range: 8000 - 9500 PLN gross + additional bonuses for languages

Responsibilities:

• Managing ongoing queries from German-speaking customers (phone calls)
• Advising and selling products
• Recommending products 
• Ensuring the high level of customer satisfaction
• Providing after sales support
• Cooperating with other team members

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
• High communication skills and customer-focus attitude
• Ability to work in team and individually
• Willingness to develop
