24 000 - 28 000 PLN net B2B

22 000 - 25 000 PLN gross UoP

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to global business leaders, providing insights that drive growth and profitability
• Lead financial performance analysis across sales, partnerships or portfolio areas - with the main focus on revenue analytics
• Proactively identify areas requiring financial scrutiny and provide data-driven recommendations
• Analyse financial impact and develop business cases for strategic initiatives and global customer offerings
• Design and maintain financial models and forecasts to support mid- and long-term strategic planning
• Drive standardization and optimization of financial processes across regions
• Define and track KPIs and financial metrics, ensuring consistency and transparency in reporting
• Develop and maintain global documentation for financial processes
• Identify key revenue drivers and emerging market trends, working closely with strategy and business line teams
• Provide budget guidance to regional finance teams, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a strategic finance or business controlling role, ideally in a IT Technology/Software environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent English skills
• Experience in scenario modelling, financial forecasting and strategic planning
• Experience in financial tools, dashboards, Power PI and Excel
• Familiarity with licences/LMS is a plus
