HR PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a talented HR Project Manager to lead and direct various HR projects within client's organization.

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

Project information:

• Location: Kraków, hybrid working model

• Type of employment: UoP or B2B contract

• Project language: English

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of working experience as a project manager in HR or related field

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Fluency in English

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
