IT Equipment Storeman

Currently, we are looking for IT Equipment Storeman to support asset management operations within a modern IT environment. The role focuses on handling IT equipment, managing inventory and storage, and ensuring efficient logistics and distribution of IT assets and consumables across the organization.

Project information:

• Location: Warsaw (100% onsite)

• Type of employment: B2B contract or standard employment contract

• Project languages: English

Key Responsibilities:

• Accepting deliveries of IT equipment

• Labelling and registering IT equipment in the ITAM module

• Carrying, moving, packing, and unpacking IT equipment

• Loading and unloading lorries

• Preparing obsolete IT equipment for disposal

• Cleaning IT equipment before shipment and delivering it to end users

• Preparing IT equipment for shipment

• Delivering and collecting equipment to/from end users

• Supporting IT inventory processes

• Managing storage space and maintaining order in the warehouse

• Transporting small and medium-sized IT equipment between offices in Warsaw and surrounding areas

• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience after education, including at least 2 years in a similar role

• Knowledge of IT equipment and its components

• Experience in managing storage space and spare parts stock (mainly IT assets and IT consumables)

• Experience in managing IT assets inventory

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Very strong sense of responsibility

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Very good organizational skills

• Supportive and helpful personality with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude

• Physically fit to perform assigned duties (including relocation of heavy boxes)

• Ability to operate hand-pallet truck (includes possession of necessary license if required)

• Valid driving license category B

• Ability to use a private car for transporting small and medium-sized boxes (up to 50 km monthly within Warsaw and surrounding areas, including all necessary permissions and insurance, without additional compensation)

• Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment

• English proficiency at B2 level
