Operations Director – Renewable Energy

Project type: Renewable energy (photovoltaics, energy storage)

Location: Warsaw (hybrid work: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (willingness to travel for business)

Required language: Polish and English (B2/C1)

Salary: up to 23,000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals, collaborating with management to execute the operational vision

• Overseeing and coordinating projects, including multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and balancing priorities

• Managing project resources and budgets, controlling expenses, forecasting costs, and optimizing resource utilization to ensure timely delivery and high quality

• Monitoring project performance, analyzing KPIs, addressing deviations, and implementing corrective actions

• Identifying project, HSE, and environmental risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and fostering a culture of safety and risk awareness within teams

• Ensuring project compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards, and implementing process improvements based on lessons learned

• Collaborating with internal departments, external partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, while reporting project progress and communicating with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in photovoltaics or renewable energy

• Strong organizational and team management skills, including planning, motivating, supporting, and evaluating team performance

• Effective time management for self and team, with strategic thinking and negotiation abilities

• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and solutions (photovoltaics, energy storage)

• Analytical skills and proficiency in CRM, Power BI, and analytical systems

• Professional proficiency in Polish and English

• Willingness to travel
