As a P2P Consultant, you will support transformation and improvement initiatives for our global clients. You will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and delivering optimized P2P processes and aligning them with enabling technologies. This role requires a blend of process expertise, client-facing capability and practical experience with ERP or procurement platforms.

• Remuneration: 18 000 - 20 000 PLN gross / UoP or 1000 PLN net per day / B2B

Responsibilities:

• Analyse current P2P processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements

• Design and implement future-state processes, internal controls, and performance metrics

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and map end-to-end P2P workflows

• Partner with ERP and automation specialists (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa) to ensure process-technology alignment

• Support change management, training and adoption activities during transformation projects

• Contribute to project deliverables, documentation and governance reports

• Monitor progress against key milestones and proactively escalate risks or delays

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in Procure-to-Pay processes (e.g., invoice processing, vendor management, procurement operations, payments)

• Proven track record in process optimisation and standardisation initiatives

• Experience in transformation, shared services or migration projects

• Familiarity with leading ERP/procurement platforms: SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, etc.

• Strong process-mapping and analytical skills

• Consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English
