• Location: Gdańsk, hybrid working model
• Type of employment: B2B or contract of employment
• Level: Mid
• Contract length: long-term
• Start date: ASAP/ depending on candidate's availability
• Remuneration: 9000 - 11000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with partners and payroll providers
• Monitoring payroll calculations and ensuring correctness of the provided information
• Validating complex payroll data
• Preparing reports
• Addressing employee inquiries
• Assisting in internal controls
• Analyzing and keeping up-to-day with payroll regulations specific to each country
• Participating in process improvements initiatives

Requirements:

• +3 years of professional experience in payroll environment (International & Polish payroll experience)
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to the details
• Analytical skills
• Familiarity with Workday
