Senior Workplace & M365 Engineer

Currently, we are looking for a hands-on Senior Modern Workplace & M365 Engineer to design, implement, and support modern workplace infrastructure in a global enterprise environment. The role focuses on managing Intune/Azure AD–based devices, delivering advanced Level 3 support, and supporting Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions across 1,200+ meeting rooms worldwide.

• Remuneration: 150 - 170 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

Your tasks:

• Design and implement modern workplace infrastructure solutions.

• Provide advanced 3rd-line support (troubleshooting, incident and change management).

• Perform system maintenance, OS updates, security patching, and tooling upgrades.

• Automate and industrialize operational processes.

• Manage and maintain device configurations using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

• Administer and support Windows 10/11 endpoints.

• Support the setup, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Teams Rooms globally.

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to offshore Level 1/2 support teams.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements.

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint management.

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) and an automation-first mindset.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security principles.

• Experience with enterprise hardware vendors such as Dell Technologies, Lenovo, HP Inc., Logitech, and Poly.

• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms (preferred).

• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

• ITIL and Agile/Scrum experience are considered a plus.

• Fluent English.
