Solar Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of PV and BESS projects from initiation to completion

• Supervise EPC and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality execution

• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and regulations

• Manage budgets, cash flow, and cost control

• Coordinate with utilities for grid connection and permitting

• Oversee logistics and quality of materials and subcontracted works

• Maintain stakeholder communication and manage project risks

• Prepare regular progress and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector

• Understanding of the National Electrical Code, permitting procedures, and PV/BESS system regulations

• Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Poland

• Availability to attend meetings at the Kwidzyn office as required by project needs
