Electronics Employee/Technician/Technologist (M/F/D)

For the Prototyping Department (R&D Systems) in Lublin

Responsibilities:

• Assembly, testing, and commissioning of prototypes and pre-series units 
• Creation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing documentation and process guidelines 
• Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize designs for manufacturability and identify potential production challenges
• Provide technical support and training to production teams during the transition from prototype to series production

Requirements:

• Experience and interest in electronics or a related field
• Ideally training as an electronics technician/technologist, or equivalent technical qualification
• Knowledge of MS Office; experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Understanding of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent
