Asset Servicing Analyst


🏠Hybrid work from Warsaw (3 times a week)

📜UOP (Permanent Employment Contract) or B2B - both until 12.2026


Responsibilities:

  1. Reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action events, including the review of communications, notifications, and transaction postings
  2. Support a range of products, services, and operational projects in line with established procedures and under general supervision
  3. Perform routine tasks, data analyses, and reporting activities with moderate complexity, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
  4. Identify and propose solutions to reduce operational risk and improve procedural efficiency
  5. Interpret operational data to support process optimization and potential enhancements to products, services, and platforms
  6. Monitor and analyze potential errors, support internal audits, and contribute to control improvement initiatives
  7. Escalate issues or requests in a timely and structured manner
  8. Develop a strong understanding of financial instruments, corporate action workflows, and industry standards
  9. Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, adapting to diverse audiences
  10. Maintain professional integrity and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies


Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years of related experience in financial operations or a similar environment
  2. Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  3. Knowledge of various investment instruments, including equities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word; Access is a plus)
  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mind
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
  8. Very good command of English (oral and written)
  9. Familiarity with Corporate Actions processing is highly desirable
