Client Communication Specialist / Fulfilment Officer

Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Document Management:
• Maintain the company’s document inventory across various regions through periodic reviews and ad hoc requests
• Update and organize electronic documents within the central repository
• Client Communications:
• Coordinate large-scale client communications for the company across multiple channels
• Liaise with internal business requestors to understand project requirements and advise on efficient solutions
• Collect and review essential elements for communication dispatch, including materials accuracy, client distribution lists, and approvals
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technology) to address issues or improve system functionalities
• Additional Duties:
• Identify and address deficiencies such as system errors or data gaps proactively
• Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance the client experience
• Share best practices and drive client-centric solutions

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, ifs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, and quickly learn digital systems
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with a drive to optimize processes and challenge the status quo
• A degree in Business Management or a related discipline is preferred. Exceptional candidates from other fields will also be considered
• Prior experience with and understanding of technology area

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or experience with banking and wealth management products and services
