Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure accurate and timely booking of transactions on investment fund accounts, verifying the correctness and completeness of received instructions
  • Prepare and deliver standard and ad-hoc accounting records and reports in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders
  • Execute control functions, including transaction verification and preparation of accounting summaries and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to support operational responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to standard and complex inquiries while adhering to high business correspondence standards
  • Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to identify opportunities and provide process improvement recommendations to senior management
  • Support the team during atypical or complex situations, leveraging broad operational knowledge and experience
  • Maintain high-quality standards in daily operations and service delivery
  • Identify process gaps and risks; independently propose and implement corrective measures
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions for process optimization
  • Draft and update process documentation and procedures in line with the client's global standards
  • Lead or participate in departmental and cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Actively embody and promote the client's values and corporate culture in daily work
  • Participate in audits, internal business meetings, and client calls
  • Analyze and design complex processes to enhance control frameworks and recommend improvements
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, funds, or processes with a focus on maximizing automation from the outset
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support business needs

 


Requirements:


  • 2–4 years of experience in a relevant or related role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving abilities
  • English min. B2
