Senior SEO Expert - Remote Poland

You will lead full-scope SEO activities for the client’s global website, focusing on technical optimisation, content strategy, and online visibility improvement. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct full SEO audits (technical, content, backlink).

• Improve site performance, structure, metadata, and crawlability.

• Perform keyword research and create keyword maps for key pages.

• Develop and execute link-building strategies.

• Track visibility, traffic, keyword rankings, and organic performance.

• Use SEO tools: Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Senuto, Ahrefs, Semrush, Brand24.

• Analyse competitors and propose improvements.

• Work closely with developers, designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.

• Prepare SEO performance reports and recommend further actions.

Requirements

• Senior-level SEO experience (technical + content + off-page).

• Strong skills in technical SEO and audits.

• Experience with keyword research and content optimisation.

• Hands-on experience with backlink analysis and link-building.

• Strong command of SEO tools: GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Senuto, Brand24.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.

• Ability to work independently with distributed teams.

• English: B2–C2.

• Must be based in Poland .

Nice to Have

• Experience with global or multilingual websites.

• Knowledge of schema, structured data, or advanced technical SEO.

• Experience working in industrial or regulated industries.
