We're hiring on behalf of a global banking leader for a non-technical role focused on governance, oversight, and third-party risk management.
This role is perfect for someone experienced in stakeholder engagement and risk governance, who understands how to manage Key Control Indicators (KCIs) and ensure effective control environments, without getting lost in the technical weeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective risk governance practices
- Monitor and measure Key Control Indicators (KCIs)
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure key risks and controls are well managed
- Work with dashboards and reporting tools to maintain transparency in third-party risk management
- Contribute to enhancing the organization’s risk posture through strong governance
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience, particularly in stakeholder management and governance roles
- Solid background in third-party risk management
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks
- Experience working with dashboards or similar reporting tools
- Proven ability to drive oversight and governance, not just technical delivery
Working Setup:
- Primarily remote, with 4 days/month onsite in Krakow
- Day rate: 1,00- 1,100 PLN
