E-commerce Operational Specialist

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operational

Specialist to join our team in Warsaw.

This full-time position plays a key role in managing and optimizing e-commerce

operations, analyzing sales data and ensuring seamless execution of online projects

across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage products on multiple e-commerce platforms

Create engaging product descriptions, promotional content and marketing

communications.

Implement, monitor and optimize sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Plan and execute daily promotional campaigns and keyword bidding programs.

Analyze performance metrics, adjust campaigns for maximum ROl and track key

KPIs.

Develop monthly and annual sales strategies, including plans for high-priority

products.

Monitor slow-moving products and propose effective solutions to boost

performance.

Collaborate closely with customer service, warehouse and other departments to

ensure smooth operations.
