Who we are looking for
Your skills and experience:
A Master’s degree
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in project, PMO, or contract management within the Polish public sector
At least 10 years of overall professional experience
Experience in public sector or state-owned organisations (an advantage)
A strong advisory mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach when working with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English
Proven ability to build trusted, professional relationships, with tact and a strong client-oriented mindset
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to track progress and provide structured status reporting
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Ambition and motivation to achieve individual and team KPIs
Your future role
As part of the Government & Public Services practice, you will:
Support public-sector engagements across the full project lifecycle, including pre-sales and bid activities
Ensure contractual compliance and risk management on large, complex transformation programmes
Support formal governance, change management, and decision-making structures
Assist with acceptance processes, audit readiness, and documentation control
Ensure project documentation is complete, audit-ready, and contractually compliant
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Legal, Commercial, and Delivery teams
Provide advisory support to delivery teams without assuming delivery accountability
Prepare clear, structured materials for steering committees and governance forums
Contribute to team capability building by sharing experience, knowledge, and best practices
