As our new Commercial Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing advanced analytical solutions, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping commercial teams make smarter, data-driven decisions across diverse markets.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI.
• Conducting deep‑dive analyses on commercial performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Managing and transforming large datasets using tools such as Azure Databricks, SQL.
• Collaborating with commercial, finance, and IT teams to align on KPIs, reporting needs, and data availability.
• Translating business questions into analytical solutions and clear visual storytelling.
• Leading and supporting end‑to‑end data analytics projects, from scoping and data preparation to insight generation and stakeholder presentation.
• Continuously improving data models, reporting efficiency, and analytical frameworks.

Apply today if you:

• Have 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• Have university degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related area.
• Posses strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, Azure Databricks, and SQL.
• Are familiar with CRM and ERP.
• Have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Have strong analytical mindset and ability to draw conclusions from complex data.
• Presents excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Communicate effortleslly in English (spoken and written).
• Are proactive and have detail‑oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
