Develocraft is a software development agency that helps businesses solve technical challenges and build digital products with market fit baked in. We have growth 160% in recent year and need help. Currently we are looking for a new colleague who will join our team of excellent Craftsmen and will be working close with our CEO and help us to grow as Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
One to three months
- Learn what is Develocraft's unique value proposition
- Complete a comprehensive onboarding, consisting of meetings, shadowing with clients and prescribed readings
- Adopt the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, business analytics, collaboration, project management, etc.
- Build relationships throughout the organization
- Use our proven process in outbound to generate with Growth Team new business opportunities
- Invest in any opportunity to learn about the industry and the business
- Consistently start to meet both team and individual sales goals
Three to twelve months:
- Guide prospective clients through the full sales cycle, paying careful attention to the clients’ needs.
- Qualify leads through the discovery process
- Negotiate and close agreements with large and mid-sized clients
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Overall management of the post-sales relationship with clients, which includes owning the onboarding process, increasing retention and identifying opportunities to upsell services and increase Client Lifetime Value
- Work with the Pre-Sales team to facilitate workshops with key clients
Twelve to eighteen months
- Help to define KPIs and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working closely with B2B clients as a salesperson in the IT industry
- Speak and write excellent business English (C1)
- Have a genuine desire to help, an empathic personality and a proactive approach toward challenges
- Understanding clients’ needs and expectations
- Advantage: previous software agency experience
- Advantage: you have lived abroad
- Advantage: experience in working with foreign clients
