Accountant with French

We are currently looking for an Accountant with French to join our Client's Finance team in Poznań. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting experience who wants to grow in an international SSC environment and work closely with French-speaking bussiness partners. 

Requirements

• Fluency in French (B2/C1) – essential for daily communication.

• Accounting experience.

• Good command of English.

• Strong Excel skills - big plus.

• Proactive mindset, openness to change and interest in process improvements.

• Experience in SSC or shared services is very welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations within AP, AR  and/or GL.

• Perform reconciliations, postings, and month-end activities according to internal standards.

• Maintain communication with French-speaking stakeholders (mostly email, occasionally calls).

• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal procedures.

• Collaborate with other teams to solve issues and improve process efficiency.

• Take part in process optimisation and automation initiatives.

• Prepare reports and analysis using Excel and internal systems.
