AR Team Leader

Currently, for our Client from SSC sector we are looking for AR Team Leader. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - preferably

• Experience in leading a team in related process

• Practical knowledge of SAP

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent Excel skills and experience with other MS Office applications

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience in a multinational or shared service environment

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of AR Accountants

• Support in escalations, difficult cases to ensure the effectiveness

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection

• Apply customer payments accurately to respective invoices

• Reconcile AR ledger and resolve discrepancies or payment issues

• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues
