Junior HR Operations (Payroll) Specialist

For our client - a global leader in risk management, strategy, and human capital consulting services – we are looking for candidates for the position of Junior HR Operations Payroll Specialist.

Requirements

• Analytical Skills: Knowledge of Excel to easily work with data

• Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and a good command of English.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Adaptability and Autonomy: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing substantive support to employees.

• Experience and Expertise: about 1 year in HR Operations/ Payroll Operations

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Update and maintain the HR/payroll system of records, work on reports

• Collaboration and supporting Employees: Provide answers to employees' questions

• Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of payroll inputs, reports and documentation

• The initial contract is for 6 months: If the cooperation proves successful for both parties, there is a strong possibility of extending it into a permanent position.
