For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for KYC / Client Onboarding Analyst.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in KYC role

• Exceptional verbal and written English skills

• Demonstrated common sense, along with a robust analytical and logical approach to all tasks

• Essential qualities include flexibility, proactivity, and high energy

• Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• A team player with the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure

Responsibilities

• Taking charge of the onboarding process for various client types and products (Cash and Derivatives) on behalf of the desk/FNBG

• Engaging in active discussions with Sales/FNBG to effectively prioritize tasks

• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and product-to-legal-entity alignment requirements

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of Client Onboarding policy and process criteria

• Effectively managing tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade date

• Displaying a strong orientation towards client service.
