Requirements

• Experience in leading and managing a team, setting clear expectations, fostering collaboration, and motivating members to achieve results.

• Solid expertise in Master Data Management, including data governance, data quality, data modeling, and data integration, with the ability to apply best practices effectively.

• Strong understanding of material management and procurement processes; experience with related master data objects is a significant advantage.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across departments.

• Problem-solving mindset, able to think critically, address data-related challenges, and implement effective solutions.

• Continuous improvement approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Master Data team, ensuring strong performance and a collaborative work environment.

• Oversee daily operations related to data creation and maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Ensure high data quality standards, manage escalations, and provide effective issue resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support Supply Chain needs and improve processes.

• Develop and maintain a master data governance framework to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

• Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and ensure clear communication regarding master data requirements
