Requirements

• excellent change management skills

• lower or higher university degree in a field related to production

• more than five years of experience in production tasks

• evidence of the ability to develop production

• excellent communication skills and organization

• extensive knowledge and experience in production

• the job requires strong organizational and planning skills, independent thinking, and

excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• fluent English language skills and good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• defining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, procedures and plans

• planning production activities in terms of production quality and quantity, costs,

schedules and workforce requirements

• supervision of procedures related to the technology and quality of the production unit by

means of maintenance planning, production planning and equipment procurement

• preparing and managing budgets, controlling production volumes and costs and adapting

processes and resources to minimize costs

• consulting with other managers on matters related to production and providing the

necessary information

• supervision of the acquisition and installation of new equipment

• supervision of the preparation of production-related information and reports

• coordination of occupational health and safety requirements

• identifying business opportunities and determining the products to be manufactured

• investigating and implementing requirements based on regulations and laws that affect

manufacturing operations and the environment

• supervision of bids for the production unit

• supervision of personnel selection, training and work performance
