Join our client's growing Sales Operations team supporting the DACH region and take part in transforming how we manage B2B orders and client data. Requirements
Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or related area.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Back Office, Order Management, or Finance (AP/AR background also considered).
Languages: Fluency in German (B2/C1) and good English (B2) for daily communication.
Systems: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; any exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce, C2C, MS Dynamics) will be a strong advantage.
Analytical mindset – ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems
Process-oriented approach – comfortable working with documentation, procedures, and KPIs.
Proactive communication & teamwork – you enjoy solving problems and collaborating in an international setup.
Curiosity and growth mindset – interest in system optimization and readiness to learn Salesforce in practice.
Responsibilities
Coordinate B2B order processing – review incoming orders, validate pricing and discounts, and ensure flawless data accuracy in SAP and C2C systems.
Manage workflow & documentation – handle daily ticket actions, ensuring timely approvals, updates, and issue resolution.
Collaborate across teams – work closely with internal sales and logistics to ensure smooth order flow for German and Swiss clients (mostly via email, occasional chat).
Support system transformation – be part of the upcoming Salesforce rollout, gaining hands-on experience in one of the most advanced CRM environments in Europe.
Contribute to continuous improvement – identify process gaps, share best practices, and take part in regular training sessions focused on efficiency and quality.
