Your future company

For our Client from SSC sector we are looking for Inside Sales Representative with German. 

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong record of achieving targets.
  • Self-driven and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented and action-focused with a strong customer service ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth for consumables, accessories, and aftermarket services in assigned territory.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and support strategic objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business through research, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Promote online purchasing and standing order agreements.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships; resolve issues in coordination with internal teams.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using SAP, SFDC, and CRM systems.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and suggest process improvements.
