Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in master data management, preferably within SAP environments; knowledge of Material Management or Procurement data is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with data governance tools and Power BI is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and maintain high attention to detail.

• Solution-oriented approach to data-related issues and process challenges.

• Knowledge of MDM platforms is a plus. 

• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and supporting best practice development.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards.

• Collect, validate, and harmonize material data inputs from various stakeholders across the organization.

• Perform regular data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and handle maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Collaborate closely with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production to support business needs and translate requirements into data solutions.

• Contribute to standardization and improvement of MDM processes, proposing enhancements to increase efficiency and data quality.

• Support the implementation of best practices for data governance and documentation.

• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other Master Data Specialists when needed.

• Participate in projects related to SAP S/4HANA and data harmonization across business areas.
