Senior Tax Analyst

For our international client from the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, with an SSC located in Warsaw, we are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst with experience in Corporate Income Tax (CIT), ideally gained in a global firm.
Requirements
Minimum three years’ experience in corporate income tax (CIT)compliance and advice, ideally in a global professional services firm;
Demonstrated ability to prepare and submit complex tax returns and calculations in compliance with applicable domestic and international regulations, including experience in calculating deferred income tax;
Depending on extent of practical tax experience, at least part qualified in tax, finance or accounting;
A firm understanding of financial accounting practices is required;
Clear communicator, well organised and able to consistently meet deadlines, quick learner, problem solving skills and strong attention to detail;
Good knowlegde of English (min. B2);
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between tax department and internal or external tax compliance resources;
Preparation and timely submission of corporate tax returns for selected EMEA countries;
Support Tax Audits conducted by local government agencies with investigation, analysis and communication to the local advisor;
Ongoing assistance with the US tax reporting processes including liaison with finance and Corporate HQ;
Preparation and analysis tax accounts reconciliation;
Provide assistance with ad-hoc tax projects as required.
